TYM Troubleshooting

For TYM Troubleshooting and minor issues please start by logging into the support portal in the top right hand side of the screen. 

If you do not have access to this information you can reset your password or email Tangam Support Staff, an email that can be found in your TYM roll-out documentation.

Once logged in feel free to use the keyword search to find answers to network, login, and database questions and concerns.
